Good news! Before Wednesday, Oct 2nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Wednesday, Oct 2nd, 2024 at midnight and Saturday, Oct 5th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, Oct 5th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 5, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

The Peabody offers electric vehicle charging stations in the valet parking area. Please note that extra beds can only be accommodated in the deluxe room types. Please note that pets are allowed upon request. Pet-friendly rooms are limited and subject to availability. A one-time, nonrefundable pet fee will be charged to the room for cleaning. Dogs of up to 75 pounds are permitted. All pets are required to be on a leash or in a closed pet container at all times in public guest areas. Positives: Perfect location for us. Every thing we had to eat was amazing.

Negatives: The morning we were checking out, I found a big roach in the bath tub. Then another one by our window. We emptied our suitcases an shook our clothes to make sure we did not take any home. I told the front desk an they didn't seem bothered. I told the man, I was not expecting a free stay or even a discount. I just wanted him to act more concerned. He said "ok". I was very disappointed. Up until this point, our trip had been great.

Positives: The spa services.

Negatives: The check in process. I booked one room and then booked a 2nd night and they did not treat it as a continuous stay. I was checked out then back in without being told. I wanted to pay with cash but my Credit card was charge and I am not sure if I was charged correctly yet because there are more than the $85 on the card that is pending from the Peabody. I will have to wait a few days to see if I was charged correctly
