It advertised a pool, but we couldnt use it as it was under repair ( we chose this hotel for the pool). The room rate was high for the location

Manager worked to get us in since no confirmation was sent from Booking. He called and spoke to Booking. Was told to cancel Booking and they would refund.
Negatives:
Booking did not send confirmation of our stay to the hotel. Had to cancel our booking reservation but hotel gave us the rate. Booking owes us a refund.
