The staff were nice and approachable. The rooms were nice. There were a lot of games and activities available for the family when resting at hotel. The bar and bartender was excellent. There was plenty of seating to lounge and conversate in lobby.

The location is great, the facilities were nice,
2 of the 4 employees were pleasant to talk to.
Negatives:
We understand there were circumstances out of the control of management, ( that is the computer outage) when we arrived at 4 pm, the manager told us it would take 4 to 6 hours to check in, would call us when we could check in, we left to get dinner and kill time, they never called us, I decided to go back and check if we could get a room, we did but no keycard the entire stay, ( not a big deal,)
The linens on the bed smelled like body odor, and then the room we were in 201, the water pressure was like a trickle and no hot water, (we didn’t complain, but did tell the front desk as we were leaving so as to fix the problem for the next guest.)
