Residence Inn by Marriott Nashville Mt. Juliet

Positives: Staff was super friendly. Facility was updated. Breakfast was acceptable. Size of the room was good.

Positives: Everything! The location was excellent, close to everything you need. Close enough to Nashville. Hotel is beautiful and clean.

Positives: Everything. The room was spacious and accommodated all of our needs. It was clean and surrounded by several restaurants and shopping centers.

Positives: Fantastic stay. Rooms are huge. Very clean. Friendly staff and great location right off the highway

Positives: We loved having a full kitchen and having a little hall before the bathroom to get ready!!

Positives: The room was clean and spacious. The beds were really comfortable. The hotel was quiet and the breakfast had a lot to choose from.

Positives: Check in was tormenting and an extreme amount of time wasted going back and forth with the rude front desk person telling us we did not have a reservation, when in fact we had reservations in advance. During this miscommunication of ignoring anything I tried explaining or showing my reservation number she continued to tell us she can’t find anything!!! We were traveling from Michigan to Nashville for a wedding and because of all the time wasted caused us to be late for a rehearsal. There was absolutely no apology whatsoever given. I felt mistreated like I wasn’t welcome. This made me want to leave and find a more “Welcoming hotel” This same person was very rude so we left the hotel to go sit in our vehicle to sort out what we needed to do as an alternative. While sitting in our vehicle this same woman who was at the front desk for some reason (we could only assume) decided to make us feel even more like we were trespassing proceeded to walk around the front of the premises on her phone (walkie-talkie device)as though she was making sure we had left the hotel. What an awful way to feel when you travel a long distance (Michigan) to get this rude un-welcoming! I cause the place and was told we indeed had a reservation after this we went back into the hotel front and there was a very nice young black woman who helped us and welcome us.

Positives: Great location, spacious rooms, perfect for a family of four with littles. Kitchenette was a good size and well stocked.

Positives: Location was excellent, close to Nashville and right off the interstate. Many place to eat within walking/driving distance. They provided an wide variety of To Go breakfast options and a warm sit down breakfast every day ie. Scrambled eggs, breakfast meat, waffles and potatoes.
