Positives:
Convenient location off the highway, very clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was OK--they had fruit in addition to granola bars and pastries.
Negatives:
The price I paid was excessive for the area. At $80 the hotel is a good value. At $100+ it's overpriced for the facilities available. Also, some noise at night from what sounded like drag racing on a nearby street.

Sofa couch had dirty sheets / lady tried to upsale me a roll away bed for $20 instead of wanting to give me clean sheets
Burn holes in the comforters
Bathroom had paint chips all over the floor from the door.
Rushed by staff to checkout prior to check out time (was knocking on our door at 9am- check out is 11)
Breakfast consist of oranges, stale muffins and juice
Huge language barrier took us 20 minutes to check in

Although it was not listed on their site, they charged an extra fee of $30 per pet. I was traveling with my two small support dogs and was charged an additional $60 over the cost of the room. Had I known about their extra fees, I would not have booked with them.
Negatives:
I didn’t like being trapped into paying the extra pet fee after I had prepaid for my room. Those fees should be disclosed upfront.

The personnel, cleanliness. Location to restaurants and easy access to freeway going to Atlanta GA.

The room was clean, bed was comfy. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

When we arrived the TV didn't work and we overheard a lady at reception complaining of the same issue.
Fortunately for us, we were able to fix this ourselves by disconnecting and reconnecting the power from the box to the TV.
