Positives:
Breakfast was good along with location. Front desk personnel pleasant . Facility was very clean.
Negatives:
The amenities in the room were difficult to use because of the compact nature. Side shelves were so small could not fit CPAP device. Could not use luggage rack because it was too narrow. Towels were very thin and rough. Soap dispenser difficult to use.

The breakfast was really good. There was a good selection.
Negatives:
There was no carpet in the room. That made for a cold floor. Also, we didn't find out until we checked out that the housekeeping service was not an automatic. If we wanted our room serviced, we were supposed to call the front desk and schedule it. As a result, our room was only serviced two times, purely by accident. One was from talking to the supervisor and the other time was from trying to speak to with one of the workers. She didn't speak English and I didn't speak Spanish. I eventually managed to get across to her that we wanted our room serviced. Another drawback to this hotel was the fact that there were no drawers in the room, resulting in our living out of our luggage for five days. This was not divulged in any of their advertising. I would not stay there again.
