After Friday, Jan 3rd, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jan 3, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: I liked the light (sink area) near the bathroom. I like the fact that I didn't see any cockroaches in the room.

Negatives: In some areas around the building, it was dirty. The fitness room was under construction. I didn't like that. Also, this place has a corner that shelters homeless people. What's up with that.

Positives: Not too far from downtown Nashville or the Grand Ole Opry.

Negatives: bathroom clogged up the entire trip. hotel staff was less than helpful if u could even get them at the desk. room door was opened when we were out, along with 4 other guests, hotel desk clerk acted like it was no big deal as long as nothing was stolen. breakfast was a joke. stale food in the lobby. I will never book with them again.
