Every room at Bobby Hotel provides a flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix streaming capabilities and a spacious bathroom with glass pane walls and William Roam bath products. I did not like that my room was never cleaned in the 4 days I was there. I called and went to the desk at least 6x for toilet paper and never got it. We had to drip dry. UNCALLED FOR GOR AN EXPENSIVE HOTEL. Wanted to stay extra night but wanted $600 so I went elsewhere

I recently stayed at **The Bobby Hotel** for three nights and was impressed with many aspects of the property. The hotel is in a great location, about an 8–9 minute walk from the heart of Broadway. The rooftop and pool area were stunning, offering a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views. We particularly enjoyed the happy hour cocktails—they were a highlight of the stay.
The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-designed, which we appreciated. However, one major downside significantly affected our experience. During our entire stay, housekeeping never maintained our room. Towels were never replaced, garbage piled up, and our beds were left unmade. On one occasion, housekeeping simply dropped off a few towels and took the dirty ones, but no other cleaning or upkeep was done.
Considering we paid nearly $2,000 for three nights, the lack of basic housekeeping was quite disappointing. I expected more in terms of service for the price we paid.

Located near the heart of Broadway and nearby everything I needed.
Negatives:
Security was great but the added requirements to enter and exit the second floor were frustrating. Especially to exit as there was not a exit sign over the door to leave. I could not tell if the door to exit was the exit or just another guest door.
I actually had to exit to a street alley because I couldn’t find the correct door.

The roof top pool was a great place to relax in the afternoon. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the hotel was perfect location.
Negatives:
Sadly they were in between dogs so we didn’t get to meet their rescue for that month. This is not a genuine complaint!! Absolutely love the initiative and that they put the dog and its comfort/training first ;)
