Bobby Hotel

Negatives: What we did not like about the hotel was it was very dark. The lighting wasn’t very good and we had a hard time putting our make up on, couldn’t see very well in the closet, we just had a hard time seeing. We felt that if there would’ve been a few more lamps in the room, it would’ve helped out a lot. The big complaint I had was housekeeping. The first two days we were there, which was Thursday and Friday there was water left on the nightstand one for each of us. We drank a lot of water there and it was just nice to have two bottles that we were able to drink after being gone all day. Saturday night we came back from the concert and it was pretty late and there was no water left, housekeeping had forgotten to restock the toilet paper and we were almost out. The floor had not been vacuumed as there was still things left on the floor. They never took the bar glasses away. We had one champagne glass, one mixed drink glass and one wine glass that stayed there for three days. When I booked the room back in October, I was so excited my daughter could come with me and I wanted to book the hotel and get everything lined up. I paid for everything that night on the phone and never thought another thing about it. About three months ago my son and daughter-in-law wanted to go, and I called a couple of hotels, trying to get the best price. Prices were between two and $400 a night. My total bill was $2700. I feel that was excessive for the type of service we got and no other hotel charged that much per night. We are going to come back next year for CMA Fest, but I think I’ll have to look around for a little cheaper hotel.

Negatives: Room service did not do their jobs. Empty body wash in shower. Empty replacement toilet paper. Had to call and ask front desk for more. They didn’t get it done til my wife walked down a few hours later and had to ask again.
