The pictures online are not accurate whatsoever. The entire building smelled musty and stale. Our room was supposed to be non smoking and it had 110% been smoked in cigarettes and otherwise. The room was so tiny. We had to single file walk around the room and bathroom. I’ve never stayed in a room that was that small. When we went up to our room for the first time after checking in, we immediately decided we could not stay there, promptly went back down to the front to check out and get a refund. We were unable to be refunded for that night (I understand there is a 24 hr cancelation policy, but there was no way for us to know that the hotel was in the shape it was in prior to the 24 hr window because we were only in town for a wedding.) The hotel did refund us for the 2nd night of our stay because we were within the cancellation period, but even after speaking with the manager on Monday, we were still charged $185 for a room we only walked into and walked back out of. DO NOT STAY HERE. We ended up booking a room at the holiday inn just up the street and it was 10000x nicer on all levels.

Positives:
The great: the front desk clerk, who was helpful and always tolerant and always easily smiling (welcoming any questions and the extra time they may take);
The meh: ran out of eggs over an hour before breakfast ended and that attendant just said, “they’re gone” without any rationale or apology. But they had a waffle-maker and bacon/sausages. Her response was the only only slightly m meh thing we witnessed.
Faculty banks against a police station; there’s a dollar general, CVS, Walgreens in walking distance, as well as a Planet Fitness, ya’ll!!
Place was win win!!

See above note. Entering the place was a little tricky the first time, easy the times that followed (we stayed 2 nights).
Big thing is that it was half the price of the other hotels and the tins were clean, and really nice…and pet friendly without the gross pet smells!!

Great front desk staff. Friendly's and helpful. Very clean room, comfortable room. Good and fresh hot breakfast. We were here for 3 days and were so pleased with this hotel.

Nothing really. Some furniture needs replacing but not a big deal.

The tv was disappointing it kept on going out, saying the weather was interfering with the signal, but it was clear and sunny outside, not cloudy or anything.
