From the moment I arrived to the moment I left everything about the Conrad was a lovely experience. The staff was very helpful and informative about the area. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is walking distance from broadway and other tourist attractions. Overall a great experience and would stay at a Conrad hotel again

Negatives:
During my stay, I faced a few issues with the room's cleanliness and housekeeping schedule that negatively affected my experience. Initially, the room wasn't very clean, as I found a contact lens on the floor. The next day, the cleaning staff accidentally left a vacuum in my room, which was inconvenient. Most bothersome was on the third day when housekeeping came to clean at 9 pm, forcing me to wait in the lobby when I really needed to sleep. These problems made my stay less comfortable and suggest the hotel needs to improve its cleaning and scheduling practices.
