Positives: Location of hotel was near activites and comfortable beds.
Negatives: Room was so small, cleaning staff didn't clean room or refresh room for 2 days. When I called for fresh towels, cleaning staff brought me 2 days worth of all towels out of spite and didn't take the used towels. Bathroom too small and can only hold 1 day use of towels, so had to pile towels outside of bathroom.

Positives: Close to convention center
Negatives: Valet lost our keys. It was at checkout after our conference had ended and we were trying to leave. Only one person working valet. He first lost the keys to the garage which they eventually found. We waited over an hour for our vehicle when they finally told us they had lost the keys to our vehicle. They took us to the closet where they keep the keys and we were able to find them. A “manager” from upstairs came down trying to deescalate the situation but was actually very unhelpful and made a lot of excuses. She stated she was trying to calm everyone down but ended up leaving mad. When customers are upset the best thing to do is listen and apologize. I know she wanted us to find our keys and be able to leave but walking away from upset customers while saying “I don’t even work down here” is not helpful.

Negatives: They ran out of water, the bar was way understaffed food was hot and miss usually too a long time the act was terrible in the rooms no ice machines worked and we covered in mold… costs and extra $55 a day to park plus an extra $25 a day or who knows… once you check in you’re told about this additional $75 a night fee.
