The guy who checked me in was the only friendly employee I met. Also, I called for room service 3 times before giving up and going somewhere else. I checked on the way out that their restaurant was open, and it was.

Location was close to a lot of restaurants and a short walk to Vanderbilt. Staff was friendly and very helpful, especially the front desk. Breakfast was quite good with a lot of choices.
