The property is in a great location because you’re not far from places you’d normally go while visiting Nashville.

I didn’t like that the room was hot, the beds were uncomfortable, the pool was cloudy.

Positives:
clean room with already made sofa bed upon pulling out. The on-site restaurant and the complimentary happy hour with free soda and snacks for kiddos and alcoholic drinks for adults.
Negatives:
The bathroom in the pool area was disgusting and overflowing with poo and toilet paper and wouldn’t flush, it smelled really bad. When the sofa bed was pulled out there was barely any room to walk around it which you had to do to get in and out of the room. You must pay for parking per day. Which is crazy because I’m paying to stay here why am I paying to park here too ?

Asked housekeeping numerous times for two towels and two washcloths and one roll of toilet paper. Housekeeping never serviced the room or provided the supplies that was asked for. Had to go downstairs when arrived at 10pm after being out most of the day, only to get bath mats to use as towels as housekeeping was out of towels and wash clothes and finally got a roll of toilet paper.

The hotel is in a great location, has friendly staff. The breakfast was great, we didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great.
Negatives:
The bed wasn’t too comfortable it made my back hurt, we had to put a wash cloth in our tub so it wouldn’t close and overflow since it wasn’t working properly. Everything is else was good other than two things.

Room wasn’t clean. Bathroom had hair in it when we arrived. Musty odor when we walked in the room. It looked like someone had been lying down in the bed.
