The location, the view, the rooftop pool and bar, good breakfast and happy hour (once straightened out).
Negatives:
The valet service was extremely rude!! Not impressed with attitude I received. I called a day ahead to request early check in. Gave Raeez my updated credit card information. The systems were down when we checked in. Our phone# was provided to alert us when our room was ready. After a couple hours I went to ck on the room, my card had been declined!!! No phone call or message received!!! Front desk woman was not happy when I asked why we didn't get notified? What's the point of providing a phone # if you're not going to use it?? 5 people on the reservation, only 1 happy hour card received!!!! No extra sheets or blankets for the pull out bed in the suite!!! For the price, I think it could've been better!

It was a really great place to stay to experience the thrills of Nashville but not be so tangled up in the chaos. All the touristy stuff was within walking distance. The room was very comfortable and nice, staff were nice and helpful, I did run into an issue checking in through booking.com but they were able to take care of it after about a half an hour.

Positives:
The location of the hotel was perfect. It was near everything downtown. The breakfast was great. They even had someone making omelets and waffles if you wanted one. The room accommodations were great. Our room was on the 10th floor facing another building so there wasn't much of a view, but we only stayed one night and we weren't too concerned.
Negatives:
The elevators Sucked! This hotel has 30 floors of rooms(and people) that need to go up and down the elevator to go anywhere, whether it be to the pool, restaurants, or to actually get out, but it didn't matter what time of day, there was a 30 minute wait for the elevator At All Times.(ONLY 1 Elevator working) We took the stairs from the 10th floor upon checkout and we do not recommend this!

Location was great. Walking distance of all the bars was the highlight of the hotel.
Negatives:
Had to park 2 blocks away because the parking situation at the hotel would have cost me hundreds of dollars for 2 1/2 days. To pay $1000 for a hotel room only to find out there is 0 parking accommodations/discounted parking is unacceptable.
The elevator situation in this place is a complete disaster. If it’s during breakfast hours, check out or happy hour time have fun with the elevator. It could take as long as 30min to get an elevator that isn’t full. One of the elevators wasn’t working at all. On the last day, we left the room at 10:40 for check out by 11. I had to walk down 15 floors of stairs at 11 because there was 0 elevators in 20min.
Bathroom.. obviously not cleaned very well. Shower was completely out of all shampoo and body wash. It was dirty as well.
Other than the location, I expect so much more for $500 a night. Will never stay here again.
