I loved the city and the hotel, for its quality and forniture and overall sensation. I'd loved to stay more in the city to experience its relaxed mood and warm sensations. Would recommend anyone, also with family like me, to choose this beautiful hotel, full of glamour and just one block away from where it all happens here in Nashville!

The entrance of the hotel was poorly kept.
Although in the music city, we couldn’t enjoy the band playing in the evening in the ground floor bar of the hotel because there were limited seats, as many of those in the bar area were kept for the restaurant. It was 10.15 in the evening, at the reception we were told that there was music at the rooftop bar. We went there but in fact the musician had stopped playing at 10.00, so we sadly ended our evening sipping an orange juice served in a plastic glass, at the poorly furnished rooftop bar. We wouldn’t have expected this experience in a hotel that cost us 600 dollars per night!

I was bitten by some insect[s] multiple times over the course of the 3 nights stay by what looked like bed bug bites. I notified the hotel stuff and asked to check for bed bug infestation and let us know if they detect it so we can take precautionary measures before we come back home. We were moved to another room after our complaint but unfortunately hotel has never got back to us.
