After Saturday, Nov 16th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 16, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Negatives: Because it is an extended stay you will likely have to deal with traveling construction workers smoking weed in the parking lot in their vehicles etc.
