Extended Stay America Suites - Nashville - Airport

Negatives: Long Hairs and other uncleanliness in bathroom. No toiletries. Seemed like one pillow missing. Sticky stuff on table. Old furnishings. Hot water lasted only about 3 minutes in shower. Received message that they could give away my room if I arrived late.

Negatives: The hotel is a little scary. Guests leave their doors open and have parties in the parking lot especially on the back side of the property. The handicapped shower flooded the bathroom floor and one of our clean wash cloths was stained and had ants crawling on it.

Negatives: The room numbers are so small they cannot be read from your car in the parking lot, so one of us had to get out of the car and walk closer to find the room. The room smelled like a gas station bathroom - cheap cleaning supplies and urine cakes. One corner by the bed smelled like actual urine. The floor was streaked and sticky and when we took a wet wipe to it, it came up black. The countertops in the kitchen and bathroom had cigarette stains. The washcloth bar in the shower was broken in half. The floor molding behind the toilet was peeling off the wall. There were dark stains splashed on the wall under the sink. The bathroom door was cracked where the hinges attach and the hinges on the top and bottom were coming loose. We had to pick the door up in order to close it. There were no cups, dishes, silverware, or cookware. According to the Extended Stay America ad on the TV load screen, those items were available for free at the front desk. According to the key card holder, those items were available for a fee at the front desk. They were divided into two packages, one for dishes and one for cookware. The dish package included one bowl, one cup, and one set of silverware, so presumably, if you have two people in the room, you have to purchase two sets. They are only available during business hours, so if you check in late, you have to wait until the next day. There was no coffee or coffee maker in the room. There was one bar of soap and no other amenities like shampoo or lotion. There were no kitchen cleaning supplies. There were no kitchen dish cloths, hand towels, or pot holders. There were two towels, two washcloths, and a floor towel in the bathroom. The bed had three pillows. When we asked for an extra washcloth, towel, and pillow at the front desk, we were told there were no more pillows and were given an extra towel and floor towel. The mattress was lumpy and domed in the middle, so it sloped toward the sides.

Negatives: Confirmed means it should not be cancelled. If there were legit reasons then communicate with me before I turn up.

Negatives: Needs complete remodel

Negatives: Being woken up at 3am by the person next door playing loud rap music. Having a kitchen and fridge but not one cup, plate or anything else to use it. The room was old with scratched paint. I could not sleep because of the music from No 131 next door. I left at 6am and no staff around. Just one of the worst places I have ever stayed and only booked because surrounding airport hotels were fully booked and arrived late into Nashville. If there was another immediate option for another hotel I would have moved straight away.

Negatives: The hotel was dirty and smelly plus they did not honor our reservation. We had to find alternate lodging!

Negatives: I disliked the fact that we were shown a different set up than what was present. The room was disgusting and the floors were sticky. I used a towel to clean up the stickiness and the towel was black by the time I finished. It was out of date and everything was dirty,

Negatives: People smoking pot sitting outside their doors and people hanging out in the parking lot and breezeway. Didn't feel safe at all!!
