Grand Hyatt itself was a great hotel.
Negatives:
Booking through Booking.com (third party) is a nightmare for checking in purposes. Our party was split into two arrival times. I made the reservation and called to add other's in our party on the reservation, so that they would be able to check in ahead of my arrival. Each time I called, they added the names. When my friends showed up, they were told they were not on the reservation and couldn't check in. I called back and asked to add them again, but was told their name is already on the reservation. This happened twice more. Then someone said oh, well maybe since you used booking.com it isn't transmitting over to the physical hotel that another name was added. Needless to say it was a vicious cycle and friends had to sit there for about an hour and a half until I showed up to check in. The staff wouldn't accept a verbal authorization and asked me for a credit card number that was not on my reservation, so it was chaos.
