Positives:
Great breakfast, good variety and choices. The staff were very helpful especially when we wanted to do a laundry and couldn't download the app. Seems like a better, more user friendly laundry system would be helpful.
We had trouble with our reservation and the front desk folks were very helpful and got everything straightened out.
