Great variety breakfast. Coffee always available. Staff was great, handled problems promptly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Located a couple miles from music row.

The hotel had a pretty good free breakfast each morning. It was quiet against street traffic, was not in a congested area.
Negatives:
No fan in bathroom (broke). Very sparse on paper products (tissue, kleenex). No bathroom trashcan. Only had one in the whole room.

Not exactly walkable to Broadway. Be prepared for higher uber rates for the weekend, or a mile uphill walk back to the room.

We have stayed there for the past 3 yrs. Everything is always clean staff very friendly.

Only problem I have is breakfast staff not dressed to professional. I didn't even know she worked there. Ratty wholly black jeans in a sweat hoodie with ear buds in. Not to professional looking to me. She barely cracked a smile. Other than that other gentleman wiping tables was very friendly.
