Great location with parking. Breakfast is served in a nice area in the basement but we at first didn't know where it was. A sign would have been nice on entry or by elevator on first floor or in room. Very close to restaurants and Vanderbuilt. We ate at Jaspers across street and loved it. Bus stop out front if needed. Pool available. Bathroom layout was a little odd but it was clean and shampoo/soap etc was nice. Bed was comfy.
Negatives:
No sign and was not told where breakfast room was upon getting our room. Bathroom was strange layout.

Location was good. Not as close to where I wanted to be but it was fine.

Showed its age. Not dirty but could see many areas that were well worn.
Wasn’t happy that the tv remote was missing. Lady at desk said she would have one sent up. Took about 45 minutes and they showed up with another TV when only need remote. No big deal

Too expensive for the problems we encountered. It use to be a place we love to stay. First room we were given the toilet stayed stopped up and then we were transferred to another room where the toilet kept making noises all night.
And, sadly when we were transferred to the 2nd room I forgot to get my large magnifying mirror from the bathroom. The front desk should have contacted me to ask if it was mine. We got all the way home yesterday and then I remembered I had left it. I guess one of the hotel staff has it. Also, parking use to be free, but now it’s $27 per night. I don’t think we’ll stay there again in the future.

The location is great for the price, minutes from downtown and centennial park.
Negatives:
The person at the front desk was INCREDIBLY rude. I got there after check in time and she told me my room wasn’t ready. Didn’t even look me in the eye or explained why. When I asked for a time approximate for my room to be ready she replied to me very rudely that she didn’t know, that she just got there and that I should wait for her call. I would not recommend this hotel just based on the treatment I got. I’m very dissatisfied.

Check in at the earliest was 3. We arrived at that time and had to wait due to staff changing shifts. Seemed an odd time for that to be done.
Breakfast room was so hot and humid I took my breakfast to my room. Preferred to sit there but started sweating!
