Alec was amazing!! The location was great. The room was clean and the shower felt very good.

The room was dark. The table we sat at in the lobby was not good and felt like it was going to fall apart. As for sound.. (This is not the hotels fault).. the construction workers blared the music at 6:59 each morning, did stretches and then started working- a lot of noise.. I understand construction is needed. I wish we were on the opposite side of the hotel.

The room was VERY clean, it smelled great all throughout the building. So you knew it was clean. The beds and pillows were AMAZING which is the biggest deal for me, we had a double queen room handicap accessible so it was large, bathroom was huge, very clean. Only complaint I could have is the body wash and conditioner were empty LOL but I had brought my own anyways for back up!

Only thing I can say is the body wash and conditioner were both empty. I did bring my own so it was all good. Nothing bad to say. Place is clean and comfortable beds!!

recurring problems with door lock. Battery changed then learned you must pull handle up not down which is counter intuitive. A simple up arrow is all it would take. Room phone did not work. Worn furniture in lobby.Guest laundry Was out of order. Mandatory Valet parking at $49 per day. i knew the price in advance but the Valet part is not advertised. Ended up in a 10 Minute line waiting fot valets to park the vehicles. if guests were allowed to park their vehicle it would be cheaper and certainly cheaper. Make Valet parkinh an option not a requirement. Hotel needs to be updated to make the price reasonable.

In need of fresh paint in many areas. old paint either worn off on bathroom doors or painted over multiple times ..... Time to freshen up paint. Pillows were okay, could have been better.
