Our room smelled musty. The bathroom smelled musty so we ran the bathroom fan almost constantly. The fan smelled so we had to run the air conditioner at a cooler temperature then I wanted an order for the room to smell better.

The location was perfect for visiting Broadway. Staff was good, but not with a major issue. We had a mouse in the room that made a total mess. I made front desk aware and all she did was apologize. She definitely needed to get a manager involved. I absolutely should’ve been compensated!!! I expect better out of that hotel chain. I now have my doubts.

The mice that were in my room!!!! Made a total mess and left feces all over the tables. It wasn’t exactly clean!! Floors felt dirty.
