Hillside Crossing Nashville a Ramada by Wyndham

Negatives: It was in a warehouse District. We came in at night and our corner of the complex was very dark. The pool was dirty and I would not get in it. The grounds needed someone to take care of them. We were there for a week and no one ever checked our room. Only had two towels in a room with a two beds. Had to go to the front desk to get them to bring us additional ones. Due to the lighting in the area didn't fill inherently safe, however we had no issues. The Irish Pub on site was good. There really wasn't any place close to go shop or eat other than the pub.

Negatives: Breakfast was so sad.

Negatives: the breakfast area was very small amd could o ly accommodate a few people at once. most of the time they were out of one thing or another and it took too long for anyone to notice and correct.

Negatives: When we first arrived and went to our room, there was a maintenance worker painting the ceiling! The friendly concierge moved us to the next door room, so not a huge problem, but was a bit of an annoying extra thing to sort when we arrived and wasted about 20 minutes of our time. Breakfast was pretty dire. Stodgy egg or burger patty left in a tray, which was irregularly replenished. Little other choices… a hotdog on a stick wrapped in plastic, a couple of sugary yoghurts, some cereal. Nothing healthy at all (no fruit). Weirdly no option to drink simple tap water at breakfast. Only orange juice, hot drinks or milk. It’s also a bit weird eating breakfast in the front lobby. Woken up around 8.30am by the cleaners chatting loudly to each other and clattering as they cleared out neighbouring bedrooms. Coffee machine didn’t work. Very squeaky bed. Walls so thin I could hear someone’s iPhone notifications going off from next door.

Negatives: The door wasn’t very secure, the breakfast was also really bad.

Negatives: I didn't like the fact that our room was not cleaned during our 3 night stay, the fact the walls are so thin the old lady that actually lived next door (404) had her tv up so loud very late at night giving us sleepless nights, there was a group of girls in the room above us parting at 1.30am to 2am obviously when they got in, they were so loud they might aswell of been in our room. The bathroom definitely needs a fresh up and reseal around bath/shower

Negatives: The only problem with the room/stay was the internet connection was really bad. Could not watch tv due to the internet connection…service would either lag rea bad or would freeze up.
