Positives:
The hotel staff was wonderful from the front desk, valet, house keeping, maintenance and the hotel was very clean. Elevators ran smooth and very swift/not much wait time.
We arrived much earlier than check in allowed and very happy we could leave our bags. About an hour later, I received a text that our room was ready early.
Loved the hoppy bar. The resident singer/musician was amazing.

Nice hotel, amazing location really close to Broadway, restaurants and the convention centre. Room was spacious and comfortable.
Negatives:
Nothing special but I think comparable to similar hotels for the price/location. Only complaint would be the curtains weren't great and the room was quite noisy with the AC unit, thin walls and traffic.

Very clean property with great front desk staff.
Allowed us to check in early and check our bags after our flight came in early. The lobby, bar, and the attached restaurant are all very nice! Perfect location.
Negatives:
The price is high for the quality of the rooms. The room itself did not feel as luxurious as the rest of the building. Wish our bathroom had a tub. But the shower was spacious.
