Location. Easy walk to a lot of things. Lobby bar area was nice and bright and big. Rooms were quiet and beds were very comfortable. Auto light and fan in bathroom was a nice extra.

Water in room didn’t get warm. Added extra charges upon arrival. No parking onsite unless you pay for valet. Front desk workers were rude upon arrival. Breakfast wasn’t complementary.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Both the pool and the gym were excellent. The hotel is within easy walking distance of many restaurants and attactions but situated far enough from Broadway to ensure a quiet stay. Surrounding attractions in Franklin and Belmeade were only minutes away by car. This was our second stay, and we will definitely use the Hilton Garden Inn the next time we visit Nashville.

Location was walking distance to Broadway with quiet rooms and restaurants on site. I was able to extend my stay easily. The pool area was descent as well. There was easy access to other dining locations, within waking distance
Negatives:
The hotel couldn't find my reservation upon arrival, but honored the booking price for the day I reserved it. I also thought breakfast was included, but there was a fee. Also, parking is only valet and was advertised as $45, but ended up being $59. I would've also liked USB ports, but that's a personal preference.
