The property is a minimum on everything. Minimum renovations done, minimum decor, minimum effort from employees . Don’t have smart tv’s , don’t have cutlery , everything is just enough but there is no commitment to being great. Good is good enough

We chose this for the lower cost in comparison to closer hotels to downtown Nashville. Unfortunately we were unaware that the cost would be made up by the high cost of parking. It also advertised a hot tub which we were looking forward to using after a lot of walking which they did not have. So we overpaid for a mediocre hotel further from downtown.

Had to a $100 for the weekend to park in the hotel associated parking garage .
The $19 a day breakfast I paid extra for was nothing special. It’s the same continental breakfast served at most hotels .
The bedroom tv had lines and a crack in it .
The bathroom laboratory water faucet handle was loose and stuck on warm water.
