This was a great stay...

Location was good. Facility was clean. People were nice and friendly. 6 elevators meant you never had to wait for on.
Negatives:
When you pay THIS much for a room at a Hilton, you expect more! Fridge in room did not work! Couldn't keep drinks or food cold - Pool was out of order! Construction outside at 7am! Breakfast was $20 each! $45 A NIGHT! to park! You had to sign up to Hilton Rewards to get WiFi! So online when you are looking, you see: Parking, Breakfast, WiFi, Pool, Fridge - never do they say it will all cost you an arm and leg! Not to mention fridge in room didn't work! They should have also said that there was construction outside at 7am and all day! Website should have also warned that the pool was not available!!!

I love that there was an inside pool so we could cool off without feeling the hot weather outside. The staff (beside one valet guy) were amazing.
Negatives:
Our door was very hard to open and close. And the room was a little musty.

Paid $50 to park but the parking structure wasn’t even connected to the hotel so we had to lug our stuff all of the way through it. The elevators were ancient and made tons of noises. Didn’t get the crib for us that we requested. Room was dirty, found food crumbs in bed.
