Kept up all night with people fighting in the next room and the police were never called. Hotel security finally came two hours later. The front desk called my room at 3:37 AM and asked me what the problem was. Very unprofessional.

Food choices were minimal and overpriced. There was no longer a hot tub though the website advertised one. Went to bar to pick up food and the bartender was eating and made it seem like I was bugging her that she had to get me my food.

The breakfast was ok, the server was the best part of our trip. Her name was Patricia,she was very kind apologetic and tried to make sure our meal was satisfying.

Showed up to the resort and was greeted by the desk lady with the question have you paid your parking fee, i replied no i havent even checked in yet she replied ok well you need to She then checked me into my room. Upon getting to my room i noticed hair under the covers and dried blood on the pillow the bathroom was also dirty. I asked for replacement bedding when i was brought new bedding only received half and had to wait another 30 min for 2 pillow cases and a sheet. Was told they could replace the pillow case but not the pillow. Trying to still have a good night i went to get ice only to find mold on some ice after i made a drink when calling the front desk was told dont use it then. Decided to just call it a night and when i woke up in the morning noticed alot of floating debris in my cup from ice melting
