Positives: I love that there was an inside pool so we could cool off without feeling the hot weather outside. The staff (beside one valet guy) were amazing.
Negatives: Our door was very hard to open and close. And the room was a little musty.

Negatives: Paid $50 to park but the parking structure wasn’t even connected to the hotel so we had to lug our stuff all of the way through it. The elevators were ancient and made tons of noises. Didn’t get the crib for us that we requested. Room was dirty, found food crumbs in bed.
