The decor was nice and location was great

Room wasn't fully cleaned, vacuumed, marks all in bathroom on walls, towel holder hanging out the holes was not sturdy and the ice machine was broken on the floor it just was not the Hilton brand standard I'm use to. It was hard to locate staff I had to call 3xs before someone answered to ask for more towels and then no one ever brought them up I had to go downstairs. Female bar tender was not friendly very short cause we didn't order food through her verses the fresh market area.

Location was great. Only 15 minutes from downtown. Room was fairly nice. Staff was great.
Negatives:
Door didn’t shut completely on its own. We had to slam the door to make sure it shut all the way.
Our fridge also wouldn’t stay shut, so we had to prop something against it so our child’s milk would stay cold.
The floor wasn’t vacuumed very well. There was this white debris and dust by the window in our room.
Also their breakfast is $17 not including tip, I’d recommend just going to the Waffle House a couple blocks over.
