Booked a king room when we arrived told them it was our honey moon and they upgraded us to a king suite very nice ..when we got back to our room later that night there was a card the staff signed and a bottle of champagne. We thought that was so nice of them

Lazy, rude staff. Dirty cutlery on two occasions. No milk available for cereal, and when you ask it takes 15 mins to arrive. No room service after 11, and broken or empty vending machines. Couldn’t get any water at 11pm! Restaurant very expensive. Exorbitant parking charges.

Best location, right in the heart of the Nashville Music district, literally just a 30 second walk from all the best attractions and bars in downtown Nashville. My only gripe was they would not validate my parking in the parking garage that they directed me to park in. Other than that, it was a great.

Lovely hotel, staff were very helpful, rooms are amazing. Loved the location close to everything Nashville - Country Music Hall of Fame, Bridgewmstine Arena, bars, shops restaurants. Nashville is my favourite city & Hilton Nashville Downtown is now my favourite too.
