Negatives: The homeless people that were allowed to sit outside and bother/panhandle from the patrons along with being allowed to mess with vehicles parked outside the hotel. It was very disturbing to see one homeless man brake apart and vandalize a vehicle parked outside while the guys parking cars saw everything but yet did nothing about it. It took another guest to call security then police for something to be done about it.

Negatives: Think we paid higher because of events that were in town which I didn’t realize.

Negatives: I had to pay for parking.

Negatives: The upgrade to Executive level amenities was a joke. No continental breakfast. Just juice, coffee, soda, and water and some bananas, apples, and oranges in a basket. I think there were granola bars on one morning. Later in the day it was a clear plastic cup with some carrot and celery sticks and some ranch dressing. There were no bagels, muffins, or anything. No snacks, chips, or cookies, treats, etc. I was there on both weekdays and weekends and there was no difference- just the canned soda in the fridge and plastic water bottles in the cooler, and a coffee machine, fruit and juice in the morning. The OTHER ISSUE was the cost of the buffet breakfast. Exec level should have at least gotten upgraded to have the breakfast included. I asked the attendant at the restaurant the cost of the buffet and he said $22. I looked at a menu and it said $22. The bill came and I was charged $23 for each meal. Not a huge difference, but why wouldn't even the attendant seating people know the correct cost?

Negatives: Nothing… wish I could have stayed longer

Negatives: Valet is very inconvenient and pricey. Room that accommodated 6 people for sleeping did not have enough bath towels for same amount of people. Asked for additional towels and it was over an hour before receipt.
