Positives: Lovely large room! Spotlessly clean, very quiet, great location. Fantastic breakfast, loved the pancake machine! Great having 24 hour access to coffee, tea, iced water & muffins in reception. All the staff were great, really helpful & friendly. Particular mention to Sacha who went out of her way to help & advise us on Nashville.
Negatives: It would have been really useful to have a safe in our room.

Positives: The front desk customer service was helpful and friendly. The security of the building and room was great. They had a good breakfast buffet. The room was nice. It was almost like a apartment with the kitchenette included.
Negatives: Would have liked to have firmer mattresses. That is just our personal preference on mattresses. The bed was still comfortable enough to sleep on.
