Positives:
Man who checked us in particularly friendly and welcoming. Rooms had good kitchen facilities, were large and very clean. Bed was also very comfortable. Really liked the downstairs seating area for coffee and breakfast.
Negatives:
$10 per night parking charge, limited fresh fruit (or canned fruit) and unsweetened options at breakfast eg cereal. Had to also ask for black tea for breakfast as none put out.

location was a little further from Broadway than expected but was thankful a shuttle to at least get downtown sadly no late return to the hotel
Quiet no crazy drunk people that we heard

walking distance to a few restaurants of bars
The fact that hotels in general have become sooo expensive (feel like I'm being robbed to make up for lost business during Covid)

Very clean, close to downtown, great breakfast and our king room had a full frigid, dishwasher, keurig, and stovetop!
Negatives:
We got there 10 minutes after checkin and weren’t able to check in because our room wasn’t ready for another 30 minutes… plus they tried to charge us another $90 in “taxes and fees” that were not part of the original price. The manager told me he would credit me after I paid the whole amount, but he never did. And Booking.com just directed me back to the hotel for the amount difference. All that to say, pay upfront and make sure they don’t try and charge you extra when you check in!!
