The accommodation is clean, fresh & comfortable. The breakfast is good. The staff were all good but not very engaging.

The location is not walking distance to anything. The shuttle is available, but really, you need to Uber if you want to stay later in Nashville. I think downtown in the title of the hotel should not be used as it is way out of town. I don't think you should have to pay to park when you are paying $300 a night to stay outside the city.
We were not told that cleaning does not take place over the weekend...no new towels etc.
Please also check your credit cards as they took the payment twice....once on check in & once on check out....only on pending but it could make a difference to some people as your available credit goes down until it is removed from pending!

The hotel is far enough away to get plenty of peace & quiet while not being too far away to enjoy the local scene
Negatives:
The front desk staff should learn to smile more & be upbeat/pleasant when they're actually there and I'm not just waiting around for someone. Questions were short & not-so sweet or no answer at all (just given a card with the shuttle phone number).
