The hotel was nice, the room was clean. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful, they are the shining gem of this place. The breakfast was very good with several warm options that fit our family. The little swan on the bed was very cute and tipping the housekeeping staff was easy with scannable QRs.
Negatives:
Valet parking was bad. There was nowhere to park, and we wound up on the corner illegally parked, waiting for the staff to process us coming and going. The whole thing was a rushed fiasco. The room was ok but not as advertised. We didn't have a bedroom with a door, our view was a rundown parking garage not the city. The kitchen was very minimally stocked we couldn't have used it for a long stay.

The air conditioner could not be set below 73 degrees. The parking deck six feet from the window. $56 a day to park the car.

The vending machines and market were down and not in use. Parking was $59 for vallet. We parked our car on the side of the street and vallet never moved it to the parking garage. Yet we were charged for the service!

Location is fabulous, 5 minute walk to everything downtown. Lots of great restaurant around and very walkable. The room is massive and quite comfortable. The breakfast was nice to have.
