The suite was large, clean and comfortable but we did request a move as no view. Hotel is bright, close enough to downtown to be able to walk 20 mins. Good caf, bars and restaurants close to the hotel, 20 minute walk to Downtown.
Negatives:
The suite was large and very comfortable, however it was on the back and very dark one window looked directly on to a brick wall and the second on to a car park, not what we expected. As we were staying for 3 days we requested a move. The following day, same suite location but on the 11th floor much more light and a bit better view. We did not have breakfast as it was not available in the booking, we did find an excellent up market caf nearby. We liked the vibe in the hotel but did find it rather pricey with no breakfast included.

The extra fees they charged. I paid for two rooms and a hotel fee was added to my reservation and I was charged the same fee a second time when I checked out.
