Positives:
I chose this location for the proximity to Vanderbilt. I was able to walk to school easily. I liked the rooms were updated and a had a small kitchen. The free breakfast was a plus. I liked that they offer complimentary printing, since I needed to print something out for school that I forgot to bring.
Negatives:
When I first checked in, I was placed on the 10th floor and the WiFi was not connecting at all. When I called the front desk, Engy was SO nice and really tried to help me. I needed the wifi for school, so she suggested I move to a lower floor. She waited to make sure once I moved to a lower floor that I could connect to my wifi and it was working. The rest of the stay, the wifi was good, except maybe once or twice it did try to disconnect again. I didn’t like that the elevators always took so long, both going up or coming back down.

There was no vent in the bathroom, so it made the bathroom very warm and muggy for hours after someone showered.

Your bartender provided the worst service I have ever experienced! She never once approached my table. Rolled her eyes when I asked for a menu and then I had the audacity to order food from her. Why you would employ someone who clean does not want to be there.
Every other staff member was great. You need to look at who are the faces of your company.
