Out of everything, the Valet driver was wonderful. The dining room had the sweetener I use for my coffee. Not anything else I can think of that stands out. It was in Nashville.
Negatives:
The location was not the greatest and I didn't find the customer service (except the Valet) was welcoming. I found my bed to be uncomfortable; too soft for my like and no way to adjust it. I went to the breakfast my last day to say goodbye to family and was glad I did not make a point of getting there the rest of my stay. I do not think this hotel was a good value, at all.

I WILL TELL YOUWHAT I DID NOT LIKE. NO BOTTLED WATER IN THE ROOM, HAD TO DRINK TAPWATER FROM A PAPER CUP. IT TOOK RWO TOWELS TO DRY THEYARE SO SMALL AND SKIMPY.WE WILL NEVER STAY AT A HYATSTE AGAIN.WE TRAVEL FREQUENLY. YOUR IN DOOR POOL WAS BEYOND COLD COULD NOT ENJOY THAT.

Positives:
Exceptional location in Downtown Nashville. The hotel is comfortable with staff are helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious, well furnished and clean. The hotel’s complimentary breakfast was of an excellent standard and the staff who supervised it were helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
Car parking at 50 dollars a night seems rather expensive.
