Staff was excellent, check in was great. Room was comfortable and clean. Location was very convenient for airport access and local shopping/dining.

There was an unpleasant odor in hallway. Although room was clean it smelled slightly of cigarette smoke.

Our first room hadn't been cleaned yet. We returned to the desk and the clerk gave us another room, but wasn't particularly apologetic. The room had no floor lamps or ceiling lamp. It was a dark cave. The carpets in the hall were filthy. The juice machine was broken and we were told that there was no way to give us water at breakfast.
