Amazing staff! The 2 ladies at checkout were very friendly and fun to chat with. The bartenders were so accommodating when we would ask them to turn on a sports event. Breakfast servers were so polite and efficient. Shalonda from cleaning services was so sweet and supplied us with fresh stock on some items. Hotel was very clean and our view from the 11th floor of Nashville was beautiful at night.
Negatives:
Mattress was too firm for us and room furniture was too low for older people.
