The front desk lady who checked us in seemed inconvenienced that she had to check us in. Gave us the run down of where everything is, etc so fast and I asked her what was the last thing she said...she spoke again so fast I couldn't understand. I was too embarrassed to ask again so I could know where the pool was. And didn't know about using key card to use elevators because she spoke so fast I missed that too!
