Superb
Review
Very good
Positives:
Was clean and comfortable. I liked the shuttle to downtown.
Negatives:
I only wished the bar restaurant was open downstairs
Review
Good
Positives:
Not a whole lot to like.
Negatives:
Grubby and loud.
Useless coffee machines, microwave in a common area near the lifts stank of whatever people had cooked , carpets were dirty and stained. Uninterested staff, expensive gift shop, views were of a dirty room and broken awning. Broken lamps in my room.
Won't rush back.

Negatives:
Needed a new toilet seat

Clean and comfortable
Positives:
The view of the Nashville skyline was nice.
Negatives:
Both lamps on the nightstand were inoperable, one didn't even have a light bulb and, unsurprisingly, no outlets were available near the bed.

Great value and shuttle to...
Positives:
The transportation to broadway.
Negatives:
The room didn’t have a mini fridge and a big mirror .
Review
Passable
Positives:
The trolley bus to take us down town to Broadway street
Negatives:
There was no refrigerator and no microwave. People that have diabetes medicine need to be put in refrigerator. The handle fell off the bath tub while filling it up the bus driver for the hotel had an attitude all weekend on day shift

Bad
Positives:
The location was not too far from Broadway but far enough to leave the loud crowd behind at bedtime. The shuttle down was also convenient.
Negatives:
The shower was clogged, the room was infested with ants. The whole place is completely outdated, dirty old carpet, uncomfortable, very small beds. Dogs barking in the room next door, very annoying.

Very good
Positives:
The breakfast at the hotel was on of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had, and it wasn't very expensive for all of the options available! I would definitely say that the breakfast is more than worth it for visitors, as you would definitely pay more anywhere in Nashville.
Negatives:
When I moved to Nashville, I had heard so much about the Maxwell House hotel, and I have always wanted to stay there. However, so much change has happened in Nashville over the last 15 years as trips to Broadway have taken off, and people aren't necessarily wanting to stay a little farther away. This has no doubt cut into the hotel's margins over time, as the facilities feel just a touch outdated and struggling to keep up with other hotels that can charge more for their proximity to downtown. That said, this hotel was great for the weekend I had planned, and I would go back if I needed to be near nobro again.
