The room itself was Nice and spacious. The bed was adequately comfortable, but pretty springy.
Negatives:
It’s odd that our room wasn’t ready to check into alter 4 as promised. That said it was still being cleaned, but this happened to multiple people, not just us. That’s frustrating after traveling all day. Also the common area and conference area was booked our entire Stay and off limits.

Booked after looking at the reviews. Reception staff friendly. Apartment clean and tidy. Everything you need is in the apartment. Comfy bed and sofa bed. Parking on the road is free or you can pay for the garage. Would recommend.

uncomfortable couch and no other amenities except the pool. the coats were very inconvenient and we called to tell the office that we would not make it into the following day and we could not even get and still had to pay for the night we missed.

We liked that we had our own little apartment while on holidays. While the hotel is not right in the downtown core it is very close. We got a 7 day bus pass to be able to do all of our exploring while in Nashville. The bus stop is only a block from the hotel.
Negatives:
It's good to remember that this is not a regular hotel that provides daily housekeeping. Our room had a dishwasher and washer/dryer so we were able to do some laundry and dishes as needed during our stay.

Fabulous big apartment with lots of space - very comfortable. Having 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms was great as meant we could stretch out & really relax.

A small bit out of town so had to Uber downtown most days as weather was very humid & was too hot to walk.
