Really friendly and helpful staff, thank you Joy! Quiet location, a 30 min walk from Broadway (or uber for $10 or less incl tip), with nice eateries, coffee shops and a lovely yoga studio in the vicinity. Spotless apartment exceeded expectations, and noise levels were fine (room facing away from train track). This was the best accommodation we stayed in on our USA trip.
Negatives:
Wasn't clear on how to get fresh towels. Keep in mind that this is self catering apartment!

Positives:
The 1 bedroom unit we selected was reasonably well appointed. There is a small convenience store which was closed Sunday & Monday and the hours were 8am-2pm. The selection of items was good and reasonably priced but you just needed to adjust to the hours. There was a bar/restaurant as well which again was closed Sunday and Monday and didn’t open until 5pm. There were a number of bars and restaurants nearby —- the frond desk staff provided a listing of some of those. The staff was the best … smiling, friendly, helpful! Located within a 5-10 minute ride to Broadway bars, the Johnny Cash Museum, the Belmont Mansion, the Tennessee State Museum and 10-15 minutes from The Grande Ole Opry.

The room itself is pretty good and the view of Nashville was more than decent.
Negatives:
The couch wasn’t totally clean and the 24/7 open gym (which was one of the amenities we looked for) was closed due to an event. We were promised they would sort things out but they haven’t. Also, the airco was brutal in the bedroom waking up my wife several times a night.

For the check out process, I asked for a receipt via email and it took 10 min to be completed (we were a group of coworkers and everyone needed a receipt. This lengthy process led us to arrive late at our appointment)

Positives:
The amenities within the room are great; spacious and clean, pretty much everything you could need from coffee to dryer sheets! Plenty of free street parking available.
Good for a business trip as it gives you the feeling of a home instead of a soulless hotel.
Negatives:
The main drawback is the train tracks right next to the building. I would have hated my stay if my room faced the tracks, as the soundproofing throughout the building is poor (unless the windows on the back are insulated better?). If you are a tourist coming to Nashville I would probably suggest a different location.
