Positives: Honestly I cant think of one thing.

Negatives: Room was like a dungeon. Felt unclean. Holes in drywall poorly patched. Microwave didnt work. Refrigerator smelt horrible. Sheets and pillows were cheap. Bathroom was big but looked like a diy special. Water pressure in shower was horrible. Roach in one of the door jams. Room smelt like smoke in a nonsmoking room. Table was of poor quality and I could push it over if I tried hard enough . Tv didnt work.
