Paid extra for deluxe corner king room and no matter what the AC was set on it wouldn’t get below 70. They sent someone to work on it with no change.
Had to argue with them to get money back as we were switched to a standard king room where the AC did function correctly. However they did end up making it right with a partial refund/credit.
Don’t advise corner king rooms in the summer as the engineer that came to the room even admitted they were a design flaw and they don’t really get cool like the other rooms.
