Police were on the parking lot all night. Key entry to enter parking lot. Felt safe.

*Rotted and Broken guard rail posts and stairways to our upstairs room
*Kitchen had a soft spot in the floor
*Howling feral cats everywhere
*The “shuttle” was a shared shuttle with other hotels and not convenient
*When we called after landing, the desk clerk couldn’t tell us where our designated waiting “spot” was at the airport to meet the shuttle. When we finally saw him 30 minutes later, he was four rows over. We were trying to catch him before he pulled away again and I left behind and ultimately lost the bag with our food for the stay. We didn’t drive into Nashville so we were stuck with no food. We’re elderly BTW!
