Overall the hotel was clean. Friendly staff and good location.
Negatives:
Comforter, mattress pad with stains. Disgusting, stained bad skirt. Everything was changed per my request. Also the blinds were dirty and stained. I think the personnel should know when its time to change it as it spoils the overall impression. Bath and kitchen are nice and clean. Breakfast very average but the breakfast area is very nice and clean.

Parking is definitely expensive - although Im sure its the same at all downtown hotels. Wish I had researched a little harder and parked in one of the nearby lots for less. If travelers are only interested in seeing whats downtown, they can literally park on arrival and never move the car again until they leave.
